What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide installation assistance to existing customers via scheduled outbound calls, ensuring effective solutions
- Install a range of home security products and services while clearly communicating complex issues and resolutions
- Educate customers on the functionality of their security systems for optimal use
- Identify and propose additional security and home automation solutions to enhance customer experience
- Address technical issues and collaborate with Remote Service or Field partners for customer resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college credits or a degree preferred
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience required, with technical support experience preferred
- Technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, selling skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- One (1) year of experience as a home security systems technician is highly preferred
- Must have a private, quiet work area that meets company standards and adequate internet bandwidth
