About The Role
We’re looking for a fast-paced, highly organized E-Commerce Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our Shopify storefront. You’ll manage site updates, product launches, and content changes; act as the connective tissue between our creative, development, and CRO partners; and ensure our website is always up-to-date, functioning smoothly, and optimized to move quickly.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify storefront
• Build and update product pages, collections, landing pages, banners, and other site content using tools like Shopify and Replo
• Act as the main point of contact for our external dev team—managing priorities, timelines, and QA
• Partner with our creative team to request and implement site assets (homepage, PDP, campaign launches, etc.)
• Collaborate with our CRO agency to facilitate A/B tests and optimization rollouts by implementing the tests that they have designed.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of product launches, promos, and site updates
• Monitor site health: check for bugs, broken links, pixel issues, and general performance concerns
• Support tracking and integrations (e.g., GA4, pixels, first-party data tools) in partnership with analytics and dev teams
• Ability to keep all eCommerce initiatives moving and organized—we move fast, and you’ll be key to that speed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, Shopify management, or digital merchandising
• Deep comfort with the Shopify backend—confident updating PDPs, collections, and themes
• Familiarity with tools like Replo, Figma, GA4, and Octane AI is a big plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
• Fast-paced and flexible—you’re responsive and can pivot on short notice
• Excellent project management and communication skills—you’ll keep internal and external teams aligned
• Basic understanding of web performance, CRO implementation, and pixel tracking
• Interest in AI tools for eCommerce is a plus
• Bonus: Interest in beauty or experience in the beauty space
