Qualificações

  • 5+ anos de experiência em serviços financeiros, preferencialmente em desenvolvimento de negócios.

Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Proven knowledge of capital markets, including financial instruments such as debenture, debênture financeira, Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios, Certificado de Recebíveis do Agronegócio, Certificado de Recebíveis Imobiliário letras financeiras.
  • Experience in financial analysis, including the ability to interpret financial statements, balance sheet, assess credit risk, and evaluate entities' financial strategies with proven track record of thriving retention and revenue growth in similar role.
  • Familiarity with Moody’s Local services, contracts, and general business conduct (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English as a must and Spanish preferred with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to create high-quality presentations and client materials using PowerPoint.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience producing professional marketing materials.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working effectively in a geographically diverse and multicultural team.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently while managing multiple projects.
  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision making and strategy development.
  • Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of the Brazilian debt capital market dynamics.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential sales support as part of the local commercial team, working closely with the Commercial relationship manager and AVP Relationship Manager to maintain and grow portfolios of new and existing customers.
  • Support in defining and updating account strategic plans for outreach, issuance coverage, revenue, and business lines, working autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare client and prospect meeting materials and handle post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, create sales opportunities, draft contracts and proposals, and manage Pricing Exceptions.
  • Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs) by coordinating inputs from internal teams (Legal, Finance, Compliance, accounting), drafting responses, and managing deadlines and submissions.
  • Produce relevant Issuer Value Statements, charts, and business data insights.
  • Monitor market trends, support lead generation, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Organize event/conference planning, pre-meeting preparations, and contribute to marketing campaigns and regulatory tasks.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, and other internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Manage reports and queries in CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness in Power BI dashboards.
  • Respond to Commercial Manager inquiries and oversee the Withdrawal process for documentation.
  • Provide feedback to the Product Management team on innovative ideas for product development.

About the team

The Sales Team drives business expansion and develops new client relationships within Brazil. Their primary focus is to support sales efforts, increase mandates and revenue, and enhance market presence in domestic financial sectors.
