As a Regulatory Specialist, your mission will be to strategically oversee and manage all aspects of regulatory compliance within the organization, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will support the development and implementation of robust regulatory strategies, provide expert guidance on complex regulatory matters, and proactively identify and mitigate regulatory risks.

You will also be responsible for:

• Continuous monitoring of updates to mandates issued by credit card brands.
• Translation of complex mandates into what is relevant to the business model and the creation of clear and efficient action plans.
• Communication with the teams responsible for the proper implementation of the requirements within the deadlines, as well as monitoring the action plans for this implementation.
• Alignment of mandate requirements with business strategies, generating operational and commercial gains.
  

Main requirements for this position:

• Experience in technical negotiations with card brands.
• Ability to represent the company in forums, committees and meetings with brands and regulators.
• In-depth knowledge of the brands' expectations and possible flexibilities, which can provide competitive advantages.

What would be a plus?

• Experience with Payment Institution or Exchange will be considered a differential.
