Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide in-home patient care in Corinth, MS. The RN will work 1:1 with a client, following a care plan and delivering quality clinical support in a home setting.

Position is part-time with weekend nights and weeknights shifts. Compensations include competitive benefits and flexible scheduling, with opportunities for professional growth in a high-demand field.

Qualifications

• Current Mississippi (or Compact State) RN license required.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• One year or more nursing experience required.
• Must comply with state background screening requirements.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Current auto insurance in your name.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the outlined care plan.
• Document tasks, observations and assessments.
• Ensure quality care by implementing and monitoring QA policies.
• Receive clinical direction from the Lead RN.
• Assist with other duties as needed (e.g., PO feeds, seizure precautions, medications, ADLs).

Duties

As an RN, you will work 1:1 with one client for the duration of your shift and support them with the following:

• Adhere to the outlined care plan
• Documenting tasks, observations and assessments
• Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Receive clinical direction and oversight from the Lead RN
• Assist with other duties as needed Examples: working with PO feeds, seizure precautions, medications and ADL’s

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Mississippi (or Compact State) RN license
• Current BLS Certification
• Must comply with state background screening requirements
• TB skin test (current within 12 months)
• One (1) or more years’ nursing experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Current Auto Insurance in your name
