Villas of Holly Brook is seeking a part-time cleaning associate to maintain public areas and resident apartments in a senior living community. Flexible shifts are available and no experience is required, with weekends possibly needed.

The position offers hourly pay and a full benefits package for eligible staff, including medical, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k) plan with company match. This employer promotes equal opportunity employment.

Responsabilidades

• Clean public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors and common areas.
• Wash windows at reasonable heights throughout the community.
• Keep utility and storage rooms clean and orderly.
• Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies.
• Stock cleaning cart with supplies.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal area.
• Ensure trash and dumpster areas are clean with maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areas.
• Washes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested.
• Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
• Stocks cleaning cart with supplies.
• Empties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Ensures with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are clean.
• Other duties as assigned
