Novartis is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Intern to turn data into insights across Latin America and Canada. You will work on key performance indicators, explore automation opportunities, and support digital transformation initiatives that improve medicine delivery.

The role involves collaborating with regional stakeholders, analyzing data, and preparing reports and dashboards. A Bachelor's degree track in data/engineering/IT is required, with strong Excel and English skills.

Qualificações

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and pivot tables.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Advanced English communication and intermediate Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

  • Analyze regional supply chain performance using metrics, trends, risks, and improvements.
  • Consolidate and validate data from multiple countries into structured datasets.
  • Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, trackers, and performance materials.
  • Transform data into insights to support business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, visibility, and KPI management.
  • Support automation and AI initiatives to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to enhance processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to work confidently with large datasets and identify meaningful insights.
  • Advanced English communication skills and intermediate Spanish proficiency.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced international environment.
