Qualificações

The Regional labor relations Sr manager is responsible for leading or participating in collective bargaining negotiations, drafting, reviewing, and administering labor contracts, communicating and explaining the terms of labor agreements to employees and managers, monitoring employee and union performance, investigating and resolving labor disputes, grievances, and complaints, developing and implementing labor relations strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and values, and staying updated on labor market trends. Additionally, They must ensure that all labor contracts comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations while providing training and guidance on their interpretation and application.

Requisitos

Important Skills:
•Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, business administration, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in human resources and labor relations with unionized setting. • 5 years of experience in Regional Role working directly with Latin America
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to interpret and apply complex labor laws, regulations, and contracts.
• Knowledge of LATAM labor relations principles, practices, and trends is necessary.
• Leadership, management, and organizational skills are also needed to plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects and initiatives.
Desired Skills:
• Experience working within an Supply Chain or Operations or Manufacturing environment
• Experience leading remote teams.
• Demonstrate strong decision making and judgment, oral and written communication, business acumen skills
• Ability to build effective relationships and partner with business leaders to influence labor relations practices across Business Areas Capability to influence and develop credibility among functional and program leadership, union leadership, and colleagues

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement labor relations policies and procedures.
• Manage and coordinate grievance procedures and dispute resolution processes.
• Represent management in collective bargaining negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with HR and legal departments to provide advice and guidance on labor relations issues.
• Provide training and support to managers on effective labor relations practices.
• Communicate with union representatives and maintain positive relationships with union leaders.
