Qualificações

Your role as Regional Sales Manager includes:

  • Managing relationships with current end users (banks, public sector) and with distributors and system integrators.
  • Identifying and developing new clients through networking and prospecting.
  • Leading end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Supporting go-to-market strategies and pilot initiatives for new business opportunities.
  • Becoming an expert in HID’s biometric products and services.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and strategic alignment.
  • Maintaining accurate customer data and adhering to sales processes and reporting requirements.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Identity & Security market, including biometric authentication and facial recognition technologies.
  • Experience selling technology solutions to public and private sectors in Brazil.
  • Proven success leading complex projects, especially in critical infrastructure and public sector markets.
  • Strong relationships with government decision-makers and influencers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency.
  • Track record of building strong end-user relationships and understanding market needs.
