  • Collaborate with Central and West directors, marketing, clinical support, and R&D teams to align on national strategies, product launches, and competitive positioning.
  • Ensure team compliance with FDA regulations, HIPAA, and industry standards in all sales activities.
  • Stay up to date with Cadwell’s neurodiagnostic, neuromonitoring, and sleep product lines to provide technical expertise and consultative selling.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates to senior leadership.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business growth and operational needs.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, medical/scientific discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional sales experience, ideally in medical devices with experience selling neurodiagnostic equipment.
  • Experience in neurology, sleep diagnostics, or related fields (e.g., EEG, EMG, IONM, PSG) is highly preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years in a sales leadership role, with experience managing remote teams in a field‑based environment.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or certifications (e.g., in medical sales or leadership) is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales representatives and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong ability to analyze market conditions, develop strategic responses, and execute competitive sales plans.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, for pipeline management and forecasting.
