What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect, qualify, and secure new hospitality accounts, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues
- Maintain and update territory database while developing and executing a territory growth strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the hospitality sector
- Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations to showcase coffee programs and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of sales experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry, preferably in coffee or specialty food
- Strong network within the hospitality sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel regionally for client visits, trade shows, and industry events
