• As a Regional Risk Management Jr Manager, the candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to assist Risk Management managers in process assessments and audits in all LATAM region.
• The candidate will work closely to the Business Management team to support in periodical demands from HQ and Latin America top management.
• The candidate should possess high analytical skills and good accounting knowledge, and creativity to find solutions for issues found in process reviews. It is a great opportunity to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment and understand how processes are established in different countries across the region.

Main activities:

• Monitor and analyze Latina America subsidiaries risk KPIs
• Participate in process assessments and audit processes, assisting the Risk Management manager;
• Check if the proposed recommendations in process assessments were implemented through periodical follow ups and report to Risk Management manager
• Work closely with Business Management team and subsidiaries’ Risk Management colleagues;
• Assist in execution of LATAM CFO special projects and Suwon office periodical demands;
• Assist in audit processes from Suwon office;

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related areas;
• Knowledge of Accounting is desirable;
• Excellent MS Excel and Data Analysis skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication ability in Korean and English ;(Spanish is preferred as well);
• Availability to travel across de Latin America region;
• Ability to work well with others in diverse teams.
