What to Expect

• Job Responsibilities include generating leads, selling, and renewing apartment leases in accordance with company and Fair Housing guidelines
• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor General Managers while conducting performance evaluations

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained and operations are efficient

What is Required

• Minimum of 2 years prior supervisory, Community Manager, or General Manager experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong computer technology skills, including social media
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to plan and organize multiple tasks effectively
