Join us and shape the world of savory ingredients! As Regional Product Manager, in our Taste & Well-being division, based in São Paulo, reporting to our Regional Director of Product Innovation.

You will develop strategies and guidelines for marketing efforts in our beverage, citrus, delivery systems, and texturizers category.

In this role, you will:

1. Manage a regional portfolio for beverage, citrus, delivery systems, and texturizers to ensure relevance, completeness, profitability, and alignment with our strategy.
2. Identify product and technology needs and gaps, measure opportunities, and establish business justifications for new regional projects. Ensure technical support for the external launch of new products and technologies. Keep informed about competitor products, communicate changes, and recommend responses.
3. Ensure that new ingredients and regional flavor versions are provided to all Flavors Innovation Centers with all necessary information (regulatory, pricing, etc.).
4. Collaborate with sales and pricing teams to achieve sales and gross margin targets by deciding appropriate price levels.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in a technical field (Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or Engineering).
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of R&D experience in the beverage ingredients industry, focusing on carbonated drinks, juices, and juice beverages; a solid academic background in Food Science with a specialty in beverages is also acceptable.
