O profissional será responsável pela gestão de P&L e desenvolvimento de novas características dos produtos portáteis nos mercados hispânicos. A posição requer habilidades em comunicação, negociação e experiência em gestão de portfólio, além de fluência em inglês e espanhol.

Qualificações

  • Experiência em gestão de portfólio em mercados latino-americanos.
  • Bom entendimento de declarações de P&L e estruturas de custos.
  • Fluência em inglês e espanhol.

Within each product line, the Product Line teams are responsible for developing product portfolios to boost our brands, create competitive advantages, and grow the business. They are dedicated, client-centered and dynamic teams, working closely across functions to deliver relevant consumer experiences to global and local markets.

What you'll do:


As a Regional Product Line Specialist for Portables, you will contribute toP&Lmanagement in our Hispanic Markets for Latin America, elaborating and deploying effective commercial strategies for product categories while ensuring timely creation of innovative features.If you have good communication and negotiation skills, detail-oriented, and see challenges as opportunities for growth, this is the position for you! In detail, you will:

- Monitor market, competitor andfinancial developmentfor our portables (from top line to long tail products), proposing actions to reach targets through the Commercial squad;
- Drive newproduct developmentin squads, working alongside multifunctional teams;
- Collaborate onproduct category strategic planas part of the overall Product Line Strategic Plan, bringing frontloading to Generation Plan based on Consumer Insights,Market development, and Brand Attributes;
- Build and execute the IntegratedProduct Planning(IPP) for the category;
- Evaluate strategic pricing and sweet spots identification together with the cluster Product Line, considering factors such as going price, net sales, etc.;
- Support decisions ofProduct Life Cyclefrom cradle to grave, contributing to LA modelcatalogue definition, considering factors such as concepts, specifications, profitability, target launch price,unique selling proposition, secondary benefits, among others;
- Lead new business opportunities and support range, product messaging and commercial strategy definition in all Clusters, together with Cluster Local Category Managers, giving input to Brand andMarketingteams for Point-of-Sale definition.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved inLean Thinkingprojects and activities (Electrolux Always Improve).

Who you are:

You have:

- Business School degree, Bachelor's degree inMarketingor equivalent;
- Solid, proven background with project andportfolio management for different Latin American markets;
- Knowledge ofP&Lstatements and cost and pricing structures;
- Advanced Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint);

- Understanding of small appliance industry is a plus;

- Advanced English;

- Fluent Spanish.

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Group Sales andMarketingoperations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
