Qualificações

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in regional field marketing, preferably within the fintech, web3 or SaaS sectors.
  • Having both B2B and B2C experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager based in Mexico or Brazil to lead our marketing efforts in the LATAMregion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies tailored to the LATAMmarket focusing on lead generation and building brand awareness.
  • Creative and innovative marketing mindset to create guerrilla marketing plans that generate outsized customer and media interest.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, events, and direct marketing, with clear objectives and KPIs.
  • Understand local market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the fintech industry to provide insights to headquarter teams.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with local partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the region.
  • Plan and oversee local events, webinars, and conferences within plan and budget.
  • Collaborate across functional teams including sales, product, and customer success.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, with a data-driven marketing mindset to plan strategies and optimize ROI.
  • Willingness to travel within LATAM regionto execute the marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in regional field marketing, preferably within the fintech, web3 or SaaS sectors. Having both B2B and B2C experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English, and Spanish or Portuguese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mandarin speaking skill is a plus
  • Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive engagement and stand out in the market
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail, and meeting budgets and tight deadlines
  • Excellent vendor negotiation and management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and planning
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams in multiple countries in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Proficiency in using AI tools in marketing
  • Based in Mexico or Brazil
