What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop a team of 5-7 Account Executives focused on enterprise sales
- Cultivate a sustainable product sales pipeline to meet revenue targets
- Monitor competitor products and industry needs to inform sales strategies
- Create go-to-market plans for assigned territories to maximize sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partner Sales, and Customer Success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: HS diploma or GED
- At least 5 years of experience in closing large enterprise software sales
- Proven track record in generating sales revenue through new logo wins
- Experience in managing the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, and closing
- Methodical, action-oriented, and results-driven mindset

- Experience in enterprise technology sales management
- Comfort in building and mentoring a team of successful sales hunters
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies, such as MEDDIC and Challenger Sales
