Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Geomagic Regional Channel Manager – South America Region. This is a Remote position.

Job Responsibilities

About the Role:

The Geomagic Regional Channel Manager – South America Region will be responsible for driving business growth for Hexagon’s Geomagic brand by building, managing, and nurturing relationships with channel partners and OEMs throughout South America. The successful candidate will focus on expanding the customer base and increasing market share by aligning channel strategies with overall business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead proactive channel management and develop strategic partner plans.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product development, application engineering, and marketing to support channel success.
  • Manage the full customer journey from lead generation to deal closure, including expansion and retention.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts and maintain a reliable pipeline.
  • Deliver compelling customer presentations, prepare quotes, and conduct pricing negotiations.
  • Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the region.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in selling technical software or technology solutions in the South American market.
  • At least 4 years of direct experience in managing channel or OEM relationships.
  • Proven sales track record and a strong orientation toward achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese.
  • Fluent in English and capable of communicating across diverse teams.
  • Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive work style.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with 3D scanning technologies, reverse engineering, and inspection software.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM for pipeline and sales activity management.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently remains in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Frequently communicates with internal teams and partners across global locations.
  • Requires manual dexterity for computer usage and presentation delivery.
  • Remote work setting within South America; standard home-office environment.
  • Requirestravel within the region (estimated 40-50%).
