Overview

We are expanding into Brazil and are looking for an experienced social media professional to help us establish and grow our local presence across major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok accounts for the Brazilian market
• Create and adapt engaging content in Brazilian Portuguese (videos, carousels, banners, stories, etc.)
• Ensure brand voice consistency and alignment with local culture, humor, and digital trends
• Collaborate with local creators and influencers for authentic engagement
• Track performance, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on results
• Coordinate visual content requests and ensure assets are tailored for Brazil
• Stay up to date with social media best practices and competitor activity

Qualifications:

• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese, with excellent writing and communication skills
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• 3+ years of proven experience in social media growth and content creation
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian market, culture, and digital ecosystem
• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with visual content tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar) – a plus
