Role Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for conducting high-volume candidate outreach via telephone, screening healthcare professionals for both temporary and permanent assignments, effectively selling job opportunities, retrieving essential compliance documentation, and accurately updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable with high call volumes, and excel at building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.

High-Volume Candidate Outreach
  • Conduct 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective healthcare candidates.
  • Screen and qualify candidates effectively, matching their skills and interests to available job opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate job descriptions, assignment details, and benefits to candidates to generate interest.
Relationship Building & Candidate Management
  • Establish strong relationships with candidates through consistent and professional communication.
  • Proactively follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain engagement and commitment.
  • Actively manage and nurture candidate pipelines for future opportunities.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Obtain and verify job-specific compliance documents, including licenses, credentials, and background check information.
  • Ensure candidates meet all compliance requirements prior to placement.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate compliance documentation within the ATS.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management
  • Accurately enter and update candidate details, communications, and compliance information within the ATS.
  • Regularly audit ATS records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Performance & Target Achievement
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets for calls, screenings, candidate submissions, and compliance completion.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment, high-volume candidate sourcing, telemarketing, or related roles.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills and confidence handling high call volumes daily.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and compliance processes in healthcare recruitment.
