Position Overview

Position: Sourcer

Reports to: Sourcer Manager

Target Salary: R$2,500 / mo. + commission and bonus incentives

Commission: R$1,000 for every successful placement

Promotion Plan: 4 Months to become Recruiter

Location: Belo Horizonte, Região Pampulha

Responsibilities
  • Launch Campaigns: Create and manage hiring campaigns across LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Bullhorn.
  • Build Pipelines: Engage in cold calling to consistently build a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Polish Resumes: Format candidate resumes to align with company templates and guidelines. Screen Candidates: Conduct prescreening to assess qualifications for open positions.
  • Juggle Multiple Roles: Manage 3-7 open positions simultaneously across diverse markets.
  • Close Partnership: Work closely with Recruiters throughout the interview process
Requirements
  • Fluent in English: Advanced proficiency required.
  • Educational Background: Associates or Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional English reading and writing skills.
