About the Role

The role involves cold calling, building rapport, and introducing the services our company offers. The ideal candidate will have a clear, professional accent, excellent communication skills, and confidence in reaching out to potential business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners of home care companies.
  • Present and promote the services our company offers in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects to generate interest.
  • Accurately record interactions, leads, and progress in the CRM or designated system.
  • Follow up with prospects as needed to move conversations forward.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of recruitment and outreach goals.
