Amazon is seeking a Recommerce Manager to lead our operations. This role will focus on process optimization, stakeholder management, and sustainable operations, ensuring operational excellence in our recommerce team.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Own end-to-end reverse logistics processes for supplies and packages;
  2. Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives;
  3. Manage cross-functional relationships and stakeholder expectations;
  4. Monitor and report on key performance metrics;
  5. Lead continuous improvement projects.
A day in the life
  1. Lead operational meetings;
  2. Monitor process performance;
  3. Engage with stakeholders;
  4. Review and optimize workflows;
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams;
  6. Analyze performance data;
  7. Drive improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Program or project management experience;
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams;
  • Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics;
  • Supply chain experience;
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.);
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements;
  • Advanced English skills;
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership;
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied organizational levels;
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
