Amazon is seeking a Recommerce Manager to lead our operations. This role will focus on process optimization, stakeholder management, and sustainable operations, ensuring operational excellence in our recommerce team
Key job responsibilities
Own end-to-end reverse logistics processes for supplies and packages;
Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives ;
Manage cross-functional relationships and stakeholder expectations;
Monitor and report on key performance metrics;
Lead continuous improvement projects.
A day in the life
Lead operational meetings;
Monitor process performance;
Engage with stakeholders;
Review and optimize workflows;
Coordinate with cross-functional teams;
Analyze performance data;
Drive improvement initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree;
Program or project management experience;
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams;
Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics;
Supply chain experience;
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.);
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements;
Advanced English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership;
Experience driving process improvements;
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization;
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
