We are seeking a Receptionist for our client, a real estate agency with over 10 years of market presence, located in Praia Brava, Itajaí, SC. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow within a motivated and dynamic team.

Job Details
  • Salary: R$1,834.00 + transportation voucher (6% discount) + meal voucher after probation
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00 / 13:00-18:00; Saturday, 8:30-12:00
Main Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages, addressing queries and directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Register new clients and properties in the management system
  • Preliminary in-person client assistance
  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents
  • Organize files and documents
  • Manage emails
  • Maintain a tidy work environment
  • Perform other related tasks
