We are seeking a full-time, remote Technical Customer Support Representative (L1).

Responsibilities include:

4. Collaborating with other teams to improve product functionality.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
2. Experience in a technical support role.
