Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview :

The Real Estate Financial Analyst will support the company's investment and financial operations, focusing on financial modeling, budgeting, and property evaluation. This role involves analyzing current investment properties and assessing new acquisition opportunities. Strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret financial statements are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain financial models for current and potential investment properties.
2. Analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) to assess asset performance.
3. Assist with budgeting and forecasting for investment properties.
4. Conduct underwriting and financial analysis for potential property acquisitions.
5. Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications :

1. Strong Excel skills (financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis).
2. Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
3. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
4. Solid understanding of investment analysis and underwriting principles.
5. Proficiency in Outlook for communication and reporting.

Nice-to-Haves :

1. Knowledge of real estate finance concepts (NOI, Cap Rate, IRR).
2. Experience with commercial real estate financial modeling.
