The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a React/Next.js Developer. You will integrate directly into our client's team and collaborate with their designers and engineers daily.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Proven experience building Web Components with custom elements.
• Solid background working with React and Next.js.
• Experience with MongoDB in a full-stack environment.
• Familiarity with Angular and cross-framework compatibility is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, pipelines, or cloud hosting is a plus.
• Understanding of frontend architecture and component-based design.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable UI code.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and frontend data flow management.
• Ability to debug, test, and optimize frontend performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and contribution to libraries as needed.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery.
• Attention to detail, positive mindset, and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ownership mentality and dedication to meeting team goals.
• Ability to dedicate 40 hours per week consistently.
