As a React Frontend Tech Lead in our Development Team, your mission will be to technically oversee a team of experienced front and back developers. You will work in a fast-paced global team in charge of pushing innovation to the next level. Innovation is at the heart of BairesDev's strategy.

What You’ll Do:

1. Build a framework for other developers to build applications with, initially focusing on reactive dashboards with an option to make mobile versions of them.
2. Assist in coaching and mentoring other React developers.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in React.
• Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies management.
• Advanced Design Patterns knowledge.
• Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with Security.
• Experience developing/integrating with large-scale applications.
• Fully specialized in Backend development areas.
• Strong experience in code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert understanding of client requirements' benefits and weaknesses.
• Advanced knowledge of the tradeoffs involved in choosing certain technologies.
• Experience participating in meetings with clients, users, and stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams, task allocation, risk identification, decision making, estimating tasks, conflict management, and planning.
• Advanced English level.
