Cognyte, a global investigative analytics software company, seeks an experienced R&D Director to lead the Brazil R&D division in collaboration with Global R&D. You will help bring new solutions and contribute to current products, steering delivery of projects and services worldwide.

This role requires Bachelor’s in engineering or CS, an MBA is a plus, and fluent English. You will build strategy with management, manage budgets, and lead talent development in a fast‑growing tech

Competenze

• Experience in a global environment and multinational companies.
• Solid experience as R&D Director.
• Knowledge of: Systems Architecture, Software Technologies, Software development, Agile Methodology and Services
• People management and talent development experience is a must
• Experience with Project Management, Project Delivery and Services is a must
• Product Management is a plus
• Desired experience in Telecom
• Fluent English is a must.
