PPG is seeking a Quality Control Tech to perform biological and chemical QC analyses on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.

The role involves compiling and interpreting data from testing, validating assays, and supporting the development of specifications and standard operating procedures to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to perform QC assays in a laboratory setting.
• Experience interpreting statistical data from testing processes.
• Knowledge of SOP writing and assay development protocols.

The Quality Control Tech performs various scientific analyses to evaluate the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods and ensure compliance with established standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts and validates various biological and chemical quality control (QC) assays.
• Compiles, interprets, and documents statistical data from testing processes to either confirm compliance with established quality standards or identify deviations.
• May be responsible for establishing specifications for conducting assays and writing standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
