Job summary

ITT Inc. seeks a Quality Management professional to support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System within our Brazilian operations.

You will handle corrective actions, audits, data analysis, and performance monitoring to ensure compliance and continual improvement across internal processes and suppliers. Responsibilities include managing warranty claim processes, maintaining Petrobras CRCC registration and ISO 9000 certification, and providing training

Qualifications

• Completed or in-progress higher education degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technology fields.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System implementation, maintenance and improvements.
• Knowledge of centrifugal pumps, non‑destructive testing, calibration of instruments, and maintenance programs.
• Desirable English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
• Analyze non-conformities and drive corrective actions with internal departments and suppliers.
• Manage customer complaints and support problem resolution.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits.
• Monitor quality indicators and prepare performance reports.
• Control and review QMS documentation, including procedures and instructions.

Position Summary

They carry out activities supporting the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System and handle matters related to corrective actions, audits, data analysis, and performance monitoring indicators (for both internal operations and suppliers), among others.They manage warranty claim processes across the organization to minimize the impact on the customer.They ensure the maintenance of Petrobras CRCC registration and ISO 9000 certification.
