Your role and responsibilities

IBM is seeking an Oracle BRM Specialist (QA) with proven experience to support billing and revenue cycle systems, focusing on Quality Assurance (QA). We are looking for a proactive, independent professional with an analytical mindset, capable of conducting QA routines, testing, investigating problems, and providing technical support in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Oracle BRM systems, focusing on billing, collection, taxes, and accounting.
• Perform QA test iterations and document resolution of issues.
• Provide continuous updates on the progress of the IBM team’s activities to stakeholders.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies (sprint reviews, retrospectives) and review technical artifacts.
• Investigate and resolve technical and business problems.
• Create and maintain scripts for DevOps processes and support package deployments.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Solid experience as a QA in Oracle BRM.
• Experience with billing and revenue cycle systems.
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and focus on results.
• Strong communication skills to report progress and deviations clearly.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience in telecommunications environments.
• Familiarity with process automation and DevOps tools.
