Your role and responsibilities
IBM is looking for an Oracle BRM Specialist (QA) with solid proven experience to work in support of billing and revenue cycle systems, with a focus on Quality Assurance (QA). We are looking for a proactive, independent professional with an analytical profile, capable of conducting QA routines, testing, problem investigation and technical support in mission-critical environments.
Responsibilities:
Support and maintenance of Oracle BRM systems, with a focus on billing, collection, taxes and accounting.
Performing quality assurance (QA) test iterations and recording the resolution of impediments.
Continuous reporting on the progress of the IBM team's activities to the stakeholders involved.
Active participation in agile ceremonies (sprint review, retrospective) and review of technical artifacts.
Investigating and resolving technical and business problems.
Creation and maintenance of scripts for the DevOps treadmill and support for package deployment.
Required technical and professional expertise
'- Solid experience as a QA in Oracle BRM
Experience with billing and revenue cycle systems.
Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Ability to act independently, with initiative and a focus on results.
Ability to clearly communicate progress and deviations.
Preferred technical and professional experience
'- Experience in telecommunications environments.
