Aston Food & Beverage Specialities Pte. Ltd. is seeking a QA/QC professional located on site at Senoko Crescent, Singapore. You will conduct day-to-day quality inspections, maintain records, and report non-conformances to ensure compliance with FSSC, ISO22000 and Halal standards.

The role requires 1 year of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. English fluency and computer literacy are essential for daily operations.

Qualificações

• Degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent.
• 1 year experience as QA/QC.
• Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Understanding of FSSC / ISO22000 / Halal is an advantage.
• Positive working attitude with adaptability.
• Strong eyes for details.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English (spoken and written).
• Computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day inspection of in-house processes.
• Conduct quality inspections for all incoming/outgoing stocks ensuring specifications.
• Maintain records of quality, hygiene, equipment inspection.
• Report non-conformance of products/process/hygiene in a timely manner.
• Identify gaps or improvements and communicate to QA Manager.
• Assist production in corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Assist QA Manager with SFA / FSSC / ISO22000 / Halal certification and audits.
• Investigate food safety issues raised by internal or external customers.
• Collaborate with R&D and Production for smooth mass production of new products.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day inspection of in-house processes
• To conduct quality inspection for all incoming and outgoing stocks, ensuring adherence to the required specifications
• Maintain proper records of quality; hygiene; equipment inspection
• Responsible for reporting any non-conformance of products / process / hygiene violation in timely manner
• Identify gaps or improvements to the processes and communicate to QA Manager
• Assist in guiding production team in implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement in production areas
• Assist QA Manager in preparation / implementation / maintenance of SFA / FSSC / ISO22000 / Halal certification and audits
• Assist in investigating and findings of any food safety related issue raised by internal or external customers
• Work with R&D and Production team to ensure smooth execution of new products develop to mass production
• Any other ad-hoc duties and project as required

Requirements

• Degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience as QA / QC
• Relevant experience in food manufacturing sector will be an added advantage
• Understanding of FSSC / ISO22000 / Halal requirement is added advantage
• Positive working attitude with good adaptability
• Strong eyes for details
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in both spoken and written English
• Computer literacy
