Simera is seeking experienced QA/QC Engineers specializing in Civil, Electrical, or MEP disciplines to support quality assurance on major construction projects in the UAE. The role focuses on inspections, testing, material approvals, ITPs, NCR management, and coordination with consultants and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering with at least five years of direct site experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

• Experience with QA/QC inspections and documentation.
• Knowledge of ITPs and quality control procedures.
