We are seeking Python Tech Leads to join our Development team and work on various projects with multicultural, distributed teams worldwide. Main Activities:

• Collaborate with Engineering and Business Stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Manage time effectively to focus on coding and mentoring junior team members.
• Coordinate with the DevOps team for task maintenance.
• Make architectural decisions considering business growth and scalability.

Requirements:

• Strong practical experience in Python and Django.
• Experience with object-oriented programming (desirable).
• Background in other programming languages.
• Proficiency with XML and relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
• Experience handling large data structures and algorithms.
• University degree in systems or related field (a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
