About the Role:

We are looking for Python Tech Leads to join our Development team and participate in various projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. We seek proactive, team-oriented individuals passionate about programming in Python and committed to providing the best user experience. Developers will face numerous technical challenges, working with current technologies across mobile, web applications, devices, etc.

Main Activities:

1. Work closely with Engineering and Business Stakeholders to support project delivery.
2. Manage time effectively to focus on coding and support junior team members.
3. Collaborate with the DevOps team to maintain tasks.
4. Make architectural decisions considering the future growth of the business.

Requirements:

• Solid practical experience in Python and Django development.
• Experience with object-oriented programming is desirable.
• Previous experience with other programming languages.
• Skills in XML and relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
• Strong experience working with large data structures (including XML) and algorithms.
• A University Degree in systems is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
