About the Role:

We are seeking Python Tech Leads to join our Development team and participate in various projects involving multicultural teams distributed worldwide. We value proactive individuals, team players passionate about programming in Python, and committed to delivering the best experience to end users. The developers will face numerous technical challenges, requiring the use of current technologies and involvement in mobile, web applications, devices, etc.

Main Activities:

1. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Business Stakeholders to support project delivery.
2. Manage time effectively to focus on coding and support junior team members.
3. Coordinate with the DevOps team to maintain tasks.
4. Make architectural decisions considering the future growth of the business.

Requirements:

• Practical experience in Python and Django development.
• Experience with object-oriented programming is desirable.
• Previous experience with other programming languages.
• Good skills with XML and relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
• Strong experience working with large data structures (including XML) and algorithms.
• A university degree in systems or related field is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
