• Design, develop, and maintain internal Python apps and Go services.
• Support and optimize production systems and deployments.

• Configure and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS/PostgreSQL, S3).
• Administer Linux servers including user management and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Work with Docker-based containerized environments across cloud and local contexts.

This a Full Time position is HYBRID in Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil working with US clients.

We offer:

• Salary R$17,000 gross monthly
• 3 days on site / 2 days at home

Required Qualifications:

Need a Developer with strong Python proficiency and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. Familiarity with Go would be a plus. Would contribute to both the maintenance of production systems and the development of new capabilities - working across the full stack in a cloud-native, Linux-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain internal Python-based web applications and Go backend services supporting operational workflows
• Support and enhance existing production systems by identifying bugs, improving performance, and optimizing deployment processes
• Collaborate with Go-based services and codebases — reading, understanding, and contributing where needed to support cross-service functionality
• Manage and configure AWS infrastructure including EC2 instances, load balancers, RDS/PostgreSQL database setup, S3 storage, and backup mechanisms
• Administer and navigate Linux server environments, including user management, process monitoring, and system configuration
• Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows to support reliable, repeatable delivery
• Work with containerized application environments using Docker and related tooling across cloud and local contexts
