Bydrec, Inc. is seeking a Python-focused engineer (Mid–Senior) to strengthen backend-heavy initiatives, including data pipelines, integrations, and job distribution systems.

The ideal candidate has deep Python and Django knowledge, including ORM internals, and can handle complex data workflows and legacy systems. You will develop and maintain backend services, optimize PostgreSQL performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong experience with Python and Django, including internals and ORM.
• Hands-on experience with Celery and Redis for async processing and scheduled jobs.
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, including complex queries.
• Experience with third-party API integrations, particularly ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS).
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines or feed processing systems.
• Ability to work independently and navigate complex or legacy systems.
