ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Developer with expertise in Python and FastAPI to join our remote team. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our web application, with a primary focus on backend development while also contributing across the full stack. This is a great opportunity to work on impactful projects, apply your technical expertise, and collaborate with a talented global team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

-Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting needs and business requirements;
- Develop a backend application using FastAPI framework from the ground up;
- Implement APIs and integrate third-party services and databases;
- Write and maintain clean, reusable, and scalable code;
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms;
- Work closely with design and backend teams to deliver seamless and cohesive user experiences;
- Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment;
- Short-term project (3 months).

MUST HAVES

-4+ years of experience as a backend software engineer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software;
- Strong experience with Python and FastAPI framework;
- Solid understanding of scalable web application architecture;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of Git for version control and GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows;
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in high-uncertainty environments, with flexibility to adapt as needed;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

- Experience working with AWS Lambda functions.
