Python Engineer at WinDifferent

As a Python Engineer, you will be the sole backend engineer responsible for the CMApp, building and maintaining scalable solutions to support our business needs. If you are passionate about backend development, cloud computing, and building high-performance applications, we want you on this journey!

What you will do

1. Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend solutions using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
2. Implement and optimize database models, queries, and migrations in MySQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
3. Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party services.
4. Design and implement serverless solutions using AWS services (Lambda, SES, S3, etc.).
5. Write unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure code reliability, and efficiently debug and resolve issues.
6. Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

What we are looking for

1. 4+ years of experience in backend software development.
2. 3+ years of experience with Python.
3. Hands-on experience with Django or FastAPI for web development.
4. Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
5. 2+ years of experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, ALB, EC2, S3, CloudWatch).

Plus:

1. Background in Machine Learning or Data Engineering is a strong advantage.
2. 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS is highly desirable.
