Python Engineer Manager - Scraper Team - Remote Work:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Python Engineer Manager to lead our Scraper Team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to drive the development of a new product, collaborating closely with Product Management, Architects, and the CTO. You will be responsible for building and growing a high-performing team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

What You’ll Do:

1. Build and grow a talented engineering team by sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and hiring the right candidates.
2. Collaborate with Product Management to define the product roadmap, MVP, and key metrics.
3. Work closely with Architects and team leads to define the product's architecture, ensuring scalability and robustness.
4. Manage the project lifecycle, including driving scrum meetings and ensuring timely delivery of features.
5. Actively participate in the development and testing of key product features, maintaining a hands-on approach.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 7+ years of experience in software development and delivery.
2. 5+ years of experience with Python, with strong expertise in web scraping.
3. Proven experience in team building, coaching, and collaboration.
4. A business-oriented mindset with the ability to align technical efforts with company goals and provide visibility into business metrics.
5. Ability to design end-to-end modular solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing ecosystems.
6. Expertise in event-driven architecture within AWS (SQS, SNS, ECS, Lambdas).

Bonus Skills:

1. 2+ years of experience with APIs and REST systems.
