Responsibilities include:

• Unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, and putting up new stock.
• Working in backstock, including DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days.
• Replenishing shelves from mass and end displays, rotating products, and presenting shelving as directed.
• Removing out-of-code items efficiently for rotation.

This list is not exhaustive; additional tasks may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements:

• Minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, walk for 45% of the shift.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
