IQVIA in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a Psychometric Properties Data Integrity Analyst to maintain and quality-check psychometric evidence within the COA Accelerator platform. You will review literature, extract data, and update records to ensure accuracy and traceability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field, familiarity with COAs/psychometrics, and strong data-management skills. This is a remote, full-time position joining a global team.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Outcomes Research, or a related field.
  • Experience reviewing scientific literature and working with structured data.
  • English fluency (this role is part of a global team).
  • Knowledge of COAs, psychometrics, or outcomes research is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent data quality and ability to interpret scientific publications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

  • Identify and review publications containing psychometric evidence related to COAs.
  • Extract and enter psychometric data into the COAA platform following established work instructions.

  • Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability.

  • Collaborate with COAA content teams and subject matter experts to resolve data issues and improve data quality.

Job Summary
