What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare for and conduct business reviews with Independent Service Providers, discussing performance metrics and feedback
- Organize and send out invitations and necessary documents for business reviews
- Capture and track feedback and action items from business reviews to ensure follow-up
- Maintain organized reporting, packets, and files to support program efficiency
- Utilize various systems and tools to complete assigned tasks effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, service support, or similar environment
- Ability to obtain a salesperson license within 60 days if required by state or local regulations
- Foundational knowledge of performance reporting tools and systems
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when engaging with providers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience in the remodeling or construction industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles
