What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring deadlines are met and all requirements are fulfilled
- Gather and synthesize information from internal stakeholders, assess risks, and manage proposal-related documentation and tracking tools
- Write, edit, and refine compelling proposals, including executive summaries and supporting materials that align with organizational goals and RFP specifications
- Manage the formatting and production of final proposal documents, including coordinating graphics, printing, and submission logistics
- Continuously improve proposal processes, templates, and content archives, incorporating feedback and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline
- Minimum of two years of work experience in the K-12 industry in proposal support, pipeline management, writing, editing, communications, or proposal development
- Experience using AI proposal tools; experience with Responsive proposal software strongly preferred
- Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Excellent communication and client service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with technical documentation and layout skills
- Overall pipeline project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Experience in publishing finalized versions of responses
