Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Proposal Process Lead to elevate our proposal operations through process innovation and cross-functional leadership. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring process consistency, and enabling scalable growth. As a domain expert, you will partner with global and regional teams, spearheading initiatives that optimize efficiency, quality, and speed in our proposal lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead the design, analysis, and continuous improvement of proposal processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Drive end-to-end process excellence, coordinating complex, cross-functional projects that deliver measurable outcomes.
Develop and implement process metrics and KPIs to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Conduct root cause analyses and leverage data insights to inform business decisions.
Facilitate large-scale workshops and working sessions to model, re-engineer, and streamline workflows.
Provide expert consultation on Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies.
Lead the deployment of special programs, productivity initiatives, and change management projects.
Deliver impactful presentations and training sessions to upskill stakeholders on process methodologies and tools.
Act as a key interface between regional, global, and local teams, ensuring alignment on best practices, tools, and compliance.
The Essentials – You will Have :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations, or related fields.
5+ years of proven experience in proposal management, process improvement, or project leadership within a complex, matrixed organization.
Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to extract business insights and inform strategic decisions.
Experienced in project management methodologies; certification is a plus.
Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma; Yellow Belt required, Green/Black Belt preferred.
Skilled at leading by influence, fostering collaboration across diverse, multicultural teams.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working within global and regional frameworks, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate standards.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
