Job Description

We are seeking a professional to work in project development within the metallurgical sector. The role requires basic knowledge of manufacturing routines, understanding of production processes, knowledge of industrial materials, organization skills, and time management to meet client deadlines. The candidate will handle projects from creation to final delivery, ensuring detailed and high-quality project documentation. Proficiency in SolidWorks is mandatory, with responsibilities including mechanical project development, assembly and component creation, detailed drawings, structural welded drawings, machining drawings, and calculations for motors, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, and basic mechanics. Experience in developing 2D and 3D layouts is also required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Designer (Mid-Senior level), developing mechanical projects for machinery and equipment, including movement and mechanical drives.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Experience with motor, hydraulic, and pneumatic cylinder calculations and sizing.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and resistance of materials and applied mechanics.
• Ability to lead complex projects and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

Technical education in Mechanical Engineering or currently pursuing Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
